You need to find places that you can get backlinks for your articles and sites – as it is backlinks that will get them moving up the search engine rankings.Where possible try to avoid places that use the ‘nofollow’ attribute in links as this severely limits their use in helping in SEO.
3. On Page SEO. You need to ensure a few vital aspects are adhered to if you hope to get the most from your on page SEO efforts.The basics are – keyword in the title and the URL (vital), a good keyword density (2% is commonly stated), proper use of the header tags with keywords in them (h1 etc), images using the keyword as the alt-tag and the description, meta keywords using the keyword and related words – and use related words throughout the article.
4. Unique content – It is very important that when you do SEO on your blog or site to gain traffic and make money, that you do not copy content from other sites. Write your own unique content.
